Delaware Valley Community Health, (DVCH)Inc. a non – profit community health care system, is celebrating National Health Center Week (NHCW)2011 (August 8 – 12), a national campaign dedicated to recognizing the service and contributions of America’s Community Health Centers.

"Serving Locally and Leading Nationally” is our theme for National Health Center Week 2011. This theme highlights the over 45 year record of Health Centers in providing affordable, high quality, cost-effective health care to all people, regardless of their ability to pay.

DVCH events marking NHCW include community health fairs with free health screenings, music, games, and health and wellness information from 10 – 2 each day starting on August 9th at the Parkview Health Center, August 10th at the Norristown Regional Health Center, August 11th at the Maria de los Santos Health Center and August 12th at the Fairmount Primary Care Center.
