Amuse is a chic new bar & brasserie in the luxe boutique hotel, Le Meridien. Chef Dan Black serves up traditional, French bistro fare including classics such as onion soup gratinee, salad nicoise, frisee aux lardoons & extraordinary signature steak frites. The kitchen also cures all of its charcuterie meats, including veal violet mustard sausage, duck prosciutto & fruitwood-smoked bacon. Armed with an iPad, the sommelier or bartender will personally assist you in selecting wine from an extensive list. & the open, sexy & inviting bar offers a range of specialty cocktails, each paired with the perfect amuse bouche, whether it?s tuna tartare, parmesan crisps, bacon-wrapped dates or any number of chef?s daily whims & inspirations.
