Yakitori Boy is modeled after Izakaya, similar to a Japanese version of a pub. We serve traditional Japanese cuisine, tapas style; promoting sharing and a greater sampling of the menu. Our open kitchen highlights the talents of our sushi & yakitori chefs as art comes to life through the slow process of grilling and seasoning each skewer to perfection. Our traditional Japanese dishes are very familiar to Japanese natives with the purpose of expanding the horizons of those foodies and wanna-be foodies alike. Set amongst a modern sophisticated palate, garnished with friendly knowledgeable staff, we want our guests to feel a sense of discovery and share in the Japanese intention to simply appreciate the natural balance of each dish.
