Founded in the Summer of 2011, the Longboard Grill was opened to provide neighbors and visitors with a friendly atmosphere to enjoy two American Classics, Longboard Surfing and Sliders. Surfing originated by the early Polynesians who surfed long planks over 300 years ago in Hawaii and then brought over to America by the "The Pioneer of Modern Surfing", Duke Kahanamoku in 1912. Less than 10-yrs. later in 1921 by Cook Walter A. Anderson partnered with insurance man Edgar Waldo "Billy" Ingram to found White Castle who specialized in small delicious hamburgers called "sliders".The Longboard Grill is a great place to hang out and relax and grab a bite with friends, family and fellow surfers. Whether your grabbing a juicy slider, salad, wrap or just a quick appetizer, we won't let you down.
