Leap Day 2012 is an indoors field day for homeschoolers K-12 and preschoolers to promote physical fitness. The "leap" theme lends itself to jumprope, hopscotch, and a mini bounce house, but activities also include hula hooping and shooting baskets. Each family pays $5 to help defray costs. Door prizes include a Wii Fit accessory, kids' books, jump ropes, sidewalk chalk, and much more. At the spacious Severna Park Community Center gym.
