Our proprietor Antonio Bruno and Executive Chef Massimo D'Amico met at the Instituto Albeghera di Palermo many years ago where they began creating their unique approach to hospitality. Fiamma uses a wood-fired, brick oven to create some of the most delectable pizzas that you have ever experienced in addition to a great selection of fresh pastas made in the authentic Southern Italian tradition.
