Baltimore City:Bolton Hill Pilgrimage

Maryland House and Garden Pilgrimage returns for its 75th year of tours and begins this year in Baltimore City. The neighborhood of Bolton Hill will be featured: an urban community consisting of row houses built mostly in the 1800"s. There will be examples of Federal, Victorian, Queen Anne and Edwardian architecture. Many of the houses will demonstrate how they have been adapted to meet the needs of families. Also there will be many pocket gardens, which in many cases indeed are "secret."
