While many are concerned and talk about gun violence, drug usage and distribution, and violence in the streets,but when it comes to the various types and increased acts of violence and abuses inflicted upon females of African descent. This session will examine not only the causes and effects but proposed solutions.
This is the first of several community forums that will play a part of the upcoming National Summit for the Elimination of Violence and Abuse of Africana Women and Girls in 2013.
