From Sap to Syrup

Join a park naturalist to experience an afternoon of maple sugaring! We'll discuss when sap flows, which trees are used for making maple syrup and the process by which sap is turned into syrup. We'll even enjoy a special syrup-tasting with pancakes! This program is appropriate for all ages. Pre-register no later than 4 p.m. on Friday, March 2 by calling (302) 761-6963.
